These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eazywin ("eazywin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the eazywin online casino platform available at https://eazywin.app and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of eazywin or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other licensed gaming platform under a self-exclusion program or regulatory order.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

eazywin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by eazywin may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full features of the eazywin Platform, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to all eazywin accounts:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active eazywin account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. eazywin employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information. eazywin is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. eazywin will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified eazywin of unauthorized access.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

eazywin is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. eazywin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Deposits

eazywin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your eazywin account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. eazywin does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. eazywin aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash / PayMaya: Within 5 minutes to 1 hour of approval
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 1 to 3 banking business days

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. eazywin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

eazywin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. eazywin reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected. Deposits may not be withdrawn without satisfying applicable wagering activity requirements as determined by eazywin's compliance team.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. eazywin reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

eazywin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Wagering on certain game types (such as live dealer games or specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• eazywin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or exploitation of software errors.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• eazywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the eazywin Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats streamed from licensed studios. The following conditions apply to all gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures and are not influenced by eazywin or any player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, eazywin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. eazywin is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to: bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies.
• eazywin reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of a software error.
• Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eazywin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eazywin staff or other players
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming

All content on the eazywin Platform — including but not limited to the eazywin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of eazywin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of eazywin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eazywin and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eazywin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

eazywin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eazywin collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. eazywin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Inactivity for an extended period as described in Section 4.4

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any outstanding compliance checks.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting eazywin support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the eazywin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

eazywin operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. eazywin makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

eazywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eazywin will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
